Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once purchased. Refund requests can be raised within 48 hours of purchase for technical issues (e.g. the product not working as described, or inability to access the service). Please contact us at support@synxautomate.com with your transaction details and reason for the request. We will review each case and, where justified, process refunds in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Standard Terms:

A monthly subscription constitutes a binding monthly contract; an annual subscription constitutes a binding annual contract. Synx Automation Private Limited does not issue refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partial periods, unused features, or early cancellations except (a) for valid technical-issue requests raised within 48 hours, or (b) where expressly required by applicable Indian law.

This policy applies to all subscription tiers, add-ons, and ancillary services.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full card or banking details; all sensitive payment data is handled by our payment processors in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Failed Payments & Suspension

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to collect payment up to three times within seven (7) days. If payment remains unsuccessful, the Service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared. Synx shall not be liable for any loss arising from service suspension due to payment failure.
